What you'll do:
- Support measurement and analytics across media campaigns (CRM, TV, Display, Video, Social, Search, Programmatic, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across platforms and reports
- Create clear, concise visualizations and PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Build, manage, and automate dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau and Excel
- Develop and maintain pivot tables, calculated fields, and macros as needed
- Assist in statistical modelling and campaign forecasting in partnership with senior analysts
- Translate performance data into optimization recommendations based on defined KPIs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign measurement plans align with strategy
- Build PowerPoint reporting deliverables that include leading and lagging indicators that explain data and tells a story to non-technical audiences
- Author data-driven insights that inform strategic recommendations, collaborating with Data Science, Engagement Strategy, and Media Strategy
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing, or related field
- Experience with data tools including: DSP Ad platforms, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, and social listening platforms
- Experience working with ad-tech, mar-tech, and CRM data
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formulas
- Experience creating client-facing presentations in PowerPoint with strong data visualization sensibility
- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio or other BI/visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo)
- Foundational understanding of digital marketing measurement, statistical modeling, marketing mix modeling, and regression analysis
- Familiarity with digital media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, VCR, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects, teams, clients, and timelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Background in healthcare/pharma industry a plus
- Experience with SQL or Python helpful, but not required
- Ability to problem solve, think strategically and be proactive about anticipating client needs and improvements
