Job Description
The Marketing Analyst for KHC Coffee supports cross-functional business teams by analyzing data and consumer research to drive decisions on products, pricing, promotion, and packaging across the KHC Coffee portfolio. This role partners closely with brand, sales, and insights teams to inform strategy, optimize marketing activities, and translate complex data into actionable insights that support brand growth . You will serve as the analytical backbone of the team - translating data into insights, implications, and actions .
Reporting to a Senior Brand Manager, the analyst gains broad exposure to all aspects of the business, including Brand Strategy, Consumer Insights, Category Development, New Product Development, Sales, Operations, and Finance. By demonstrating strong analytical skills, creativity, and strategic thinking, this position lays the foundation for a holistic marketing perspective and progression toward a brand management career path.
Key Components of the role
  • Analyze sales, market, and consumer data to generate actionable insights for brand and business strategies. Leverage syndicated data ( Circana IRI, Numerator, etc.) and competitive insights to inform recommendations.

  • Recommend improvements based on product placement, pricing, and promotions using data-driven approaches.

  • Prepare and present performance reports on category trends , competitive products, brand performance , and product launches for leadership .

  • Work with cross-functional teams and coordinate end-to-end marketing project management, ensuring timely completion.

  • Assist in the creation of marketing presentations, performance reviews , and retailer -facing materials that communicate insights and recommendations.

  • Manage reporting and tracking for the total KHC Coffee budget (ZBB).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Statistics, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, or related role (CPG experience preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

  • Experience with syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) is a plus

  • Consumer obsessed with the ability to identify market trends and key insights

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
