The Marketing Automation and Performance Measurement Department is responsible for executing, securing and automating targeting activities for marketing campaigns and performance measurement. As a Marketing Data Valorization Analyst, you collect and valorize data that comes through different channels. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. You serve as a data use specialist advisor for practitioners, as well as a resource person for the marketing teams. You interact with many parties involved to understand and communicate issues and influence decision-making. More specifically, you will be required to:
Provide our partners from marketing teams with advisory services to help them identify relevant targets and optimize their activities, based on data, analytics and performance metrics.
Secure targeting and performance measurement operations for relationship marketing, digital campaigns and marketing research activities.
Target and orchestrate Desjardins Group’s relationship and digital marketing activities for all types of communications.
Measure the performance of relationship marketing activities and digital campaigns using various analyses, and share the results.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in data valorization
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency with database structures
Proficiency with SAS or SQL
Proficiency in resolving data extraction and valorization issues
Proficiency in writing documentation
Proficiency with a data visualization tool
