YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Growth Analyst, to have a key role in Glovo’s largest market: Spain.

THE JOURNEY

  • Support the Country Lead on business analysis to identify growth opportunities in areas of acquisition, retention, loyalty. 
  • Lead the implementation of local Marketing activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Media, CRM, Design, Commercial) on activities such as promotional campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Keep updated all our daily, weekly and monthly dashboards and activity grids. 
  • Take ownership of the reporting of KPIs by creating customized tools and using the available ones
  • Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Growth & Marketing Team to craft the country marketing strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory), Spanish is nice to have. 
  • Able to perform queries and analysis on SQL. 
  • Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management.
  • 1-2 years previous experience in a marketing or analytical role. 
  • Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact
  • Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs
  • Consumer understanding skills
  • Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
