Analyst, Logistics Operations
This role supports and works within the Logistics Operations team responsible for logistics transportation and overseeing distribution center operations’ performance. The Logistics Operations team aims to facilitate and deliver excellence in customer service at the lowest cost, drive continuous improvement, cost reduction initiatives, drives ongoing network distribution modeling efforts to ensure that low operational costs and high service expectations are optimized.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Create new Non-Production Purchase Orders for invoices through SAP
- Perform MIGO (Goods receipt, goods posting & transfer posting, whichever applicable)
- Facilitate in processing rush payments & overdue LSP invoices
- Perform update on shipment tracker and data analysis on deliveries performance
- Follow up with LSP on non-conformances and track progress & respond to Customer with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Monitor and check SO, communicate to CF team and sales and to flag risk on deliveries constraints.
- Facilitate shipment to customer based on the SO in system, request delivery date, quantity and ship to address
- Provide daily or weekly or monthly delivery performance / KPI / SRM reports
- Coordinate the communication of customer’s complain/ concern related to problem on delivery or quality within internal or cross functional team
- Responsible for finished goods domestic secondary (delivery to customer) and primary transportation (RDC transfer and CM-contract manufacturing transfer) execution across DCs
- Monitor in transit shipment by communicating with both transporter and sales and also follow up in case of receiving process constraints
- Comply with ISO standard, FIN audit and other regional, global compliance program, safety, quality, and productivity
- Cost saving initiative/ ideation and execution to achieve the target as well as transportation process improvement
- Any other tasks/ report assigned by Logistics Operations
Required skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Up to 3 years of relevant logistics experience
- LSP/ 3PL experience will be an added advantage
- SAP Basic Background
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Good English language
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,Transportation Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline
