Summary:
This role has logistics operations responsibility for Finished goods distribution center. Based in Surabaya, with total 6 SCJ employees and 7 contractors, 2,200 pallet position storage, Non-Warehouse Management System, deliver excellence warehouse productivity, quality mindset and other compliance audit. Drive continuous improvement both cost and process, with safety mindset is the paramount
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising daily domestics delivery to customer and RDC finished goods transfer. Coordination with sales team, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, supply planning to have flawless execution to achieve monthly sales target.
Assist for warehouse operation performance analysis both cost and productivity and provide root cause analysis as well as corrective and preventive action needed
Cost Management (co-owner), Cost Saving Initiatives
Transportation SHE, quality, regulatory compliance, and cross functional collaboration
Warehouse operation process (periodic cycle counting, slow moving management, throughput productivity, SHE, finished good movement and SAP)
Warehouse operation continuous improvement
Warehouse operation team capability development
Supplier relationship management
People development, to develop leadership skill direct report and subordinate aligned with regional capability development program
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s in any related field
Background from Industrial Engineering or any relevant field
Minimum 2 years in warehouse operations or logistics operations
Familiar with SAP Warehouse Management
