Key Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for the following.

  • Role involves following the standard procedures, documentation, coding/running analytics solutions to generate outputs and data processing/management.

  • Implementing various tasks involved in delivery of a project or its modules within defined specifications and timelines. Seek guidance from your leads as needed, but as you progress in this role, you are expected to implement your assigned tasks independently with minimum guidance from your managers/leads.

  • Ensure Data Veracity as per problem brief

  • Hypothesis Testing

  • Statistical model development and ensuring statistical hygiene of models

  • Follow process to ensure accuracy and deliver projects as per timelines

  • Use visualization in Excel / PPT to prepare analytics results for clients

  • Use basic programming to automate simple repetitive tasks in Excel Macros / VBA / R / Python

Essential Skills:

  • Strong mathematical aptitude

  • Ability to think logically and solve issues

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral) are essential

  • Good attitude and willingness to learn new things and experiment to get to the best solution

  • Ability to report to and work closely with a senior team member; should be a strong team player

  • Willingness to stretch to deliver to tight schedules, when required

Education Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate shall have consistent scholastic performance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from premiere institute OR Graduation in any discipline and Master’s in management or Masters in Statistics / Econometrics

  • Experience and knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a must

  • Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques related to multivariate regression is good to have

  • Hands-on proficiency in analytical tools / software like SQL, Python, R and statistical concepts like Bayesian Regression is good to have

Prior Experience:

  • Fresh graduates OR up to 1 year of relevant experience (Market Mix Modeling)

  • Knowledge of data analytics will be an added advantage
