The Analyst Learning Services you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our manufacturing employees how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards & certifications awareness around of the world. You will be responsible to manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our colleagues there.

Core Responsibilities:

· Users Support & Issues Resolution: – Proactively resolve issues through effective communication, timing and exceptional customer service, in Learning Services tickets

· E-Learning Development: Create and deliver e-learning content, content curation, translations etc with varying levels of interactivity, from basic text and images to advanced simulations.

· Collaboration with SMEs: Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical and content requirements for digital content development.

· Training Project Management: Oversee training projects from analysis and design to production of Instructor-Led and Computer-Based Trainings

· Training Program Delivery: Present training and development programs using various formats, including group discussions, classroom sessions, journeys, simulations, and videos.

· Learning Reports and Records: Set up and run learning reports, maintaining records of training activities, attendance, test results, assessments, and retraining requirements

· Data Integrity & Reporting: – Ensure accurate records in the Systems, and consistently update trackers for compliance and reporting.

Qualified candidates will have:

Mandatory requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in Design Communications, or similar

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English and for according to the region +German/Portuguese*.

· Advanced verbal/written English communication skills

· Working proficiency of using Articulate 360 to create engaging and interactive CBTs

· Strong attention to detail and timeliness/drive for results.

· Strong presentation skills.

Desirable requirements:

· 2+ years of Learning experience creating infographics, video tutorials or e-learning content

· Experience using video/asset development software including Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud), etc.

· Experience working in Global companies, ideally in union manufacturing, food, or chemical production environments

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday or similar)
