Analyst – Leadership Advisory Services - Amsterdam

Within our Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) practice, we advise (inter)national corporates and multinationals on strategic leadership issues. We support organizations in assessing, developing, and strengthening leadership, including areas such as assessments, CEO succession planning, top team effectiveness, and culture and talent strategy projects.
For our office at the Amsterdam Zuidas, we are looking for an ambitious young professional for the position of Analyst.
The role:
As an Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants and Associates on assessments and advisory projects for senior leadership teams, executives, and boards of directors. You will support multiple client projects simultaneously and contribute to various phases of a project. Your tasks include:
- Assisting with assessment work
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and translating them into strategic insights
- Preparing client presentations, reports, and development advice
- Contributing to project management and coordination of international assignments
- Conducting market and organizational research to support advisory projects
- Supporting proposals and business development activities
- Contributing to internal knowledge development and innovation within the LAS practice
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in strategic consultancy focused on leadership and organizational development. You will develop strong analytical and project management skills and build deep knowledge of various industries, organizational structures, and leadership challenges within international organizations.
