ANALYST IV – FINANCE
THE ANALYST IV - FINANCE WILL . . .
- Conduct and document financial analysis of customers to determine credit exposures.
- Responsible for cash collection of accounts receivable.
- Prepares and analyzes trends in in credit and collections.
- Utilizing PC and/or other systems and software; compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed.
- Assists in the development of business policies, conducts special business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ANALYST IV - FINANCE
- Four-year college degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Five or more years of Credit, Finance or Accounting experience.
- Interprets internal/external business issues and recommends best practices in own function.
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.
- Works independently with guidance on only the most complex tasks. May lead functional teams or projects.
- Effectively manages projects or teams, including coordination of resources outside of one’s own area. Forecasts and plans resource requirements for projects or teams.
- Monitors and controls costs for own work and may manage costs/budgets for large projects or areas.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial theory, and financial analysis techniques.
- Ability to operate a computer workstation, organize and prioritize tasks, and make appropriate decisions.
- Ability to work under frequently changing priorities.
- Analytical skills and advanced math skills.
