As part of this role, you will be expected to engage in day-to-day internal compliance related requirements arising out of various agreements and other documents supporting various business transactions. The core objective of this role is to work as team member of IRF Administrator COE team to submit transactions for approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and collate documentation and process submission as per policies.
- Detail oriented and ability to manage and track documentation.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to manage expectations.
- Expected to manage relationships with business stakeholders within India and APAC region, especially within sales, marketing and compliance function.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to shift patterns and hours of working from time to time.
Essential Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of administrative experience in a compliance/audit environment
- HCP/HCO engagement exposure is mandatory
- Basic degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Business studies/Law
- Attention to detail, good business acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self- starter.
- Proficient in excel & exposure to any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in working in a global environment.
- Ready to work in early APAC timings (7.00 am onwards).
- Foster a diverse workplace and participates as team player.
