Using a strategic lens, identify business needs and develop plans that puts Gentari's businesses in a direction that achieves its goals. The role requires an analyst who is curious, collaborative, data driven, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate and drive the assessment of market growth opportunities, validating value pools across various segments to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Rigorously analyze and validate both organic and inorganic opportunities (including M&A) using strong financial metrics to ensure a high likelihood of success.
  • Drive the development and implementation of strategies focused on entering high-growth markets, ensuring competitive positioning and sustained profitability.
  • Continuously review and optimize financial and operational performance to ensure alignment with the strategic growth objectives and maximize returns.
  • Develop rationale and plan for critical relationships with multiple stakeholders to unlock market potential and support expansion and acquisition efforts.


Qualifications & skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, finance, economics or engineering with experience in clean energy, gas, LNG or chemicals related roles.
  • Comfortable utilizing strategic thinking to articulate the rationale and propose options as potential solutions to business problems.
  • Able to conduct independent analysis using digital tools and present key findings. Comfortable in creating impactful presentations to convey ideas and insights
  • Prior experience in management consultant, corporate strategy, finance, portfolio or economics in clean energy sector is an added advantage.
