Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute security measures to shield Oriental’s computer systems and networks from infiltration and cyberattacks.
- Develop and promotes best practices for information security.
- Analyze, detect, and cyber hunting of security threats.
- Development of techniques and tactics for threat's identification/prevention.
- Ensure the unusual activity is detected, analyzed, and addressed.
- Respond immediately to security incidents and provide post-incident analysis.
- Perform risk assessments, audit, and tests to ensure proper functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
- Maintain security documentation and assist with internal and external audits relating to information security.
- Produce or compile ongoing safety reports, document security issues and measure taken actions to resolve them.
- Manage cybersecurity actions with service providers.
- Research upcoming trends in information technology and security, stay updated on potential threats, and develop preventive strategies.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field required.
- Three (3) years of experience in Cybersecurity required. Banking experience preferred.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Azure, Office 365 environments required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other business applications required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish & English required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking, teamwork, and ability to work effectively with vendors is required.

- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
