JOB SCOPE
Job Description:
Delivery of leadership assessments/360 surveys for clients on internal/external platforms. Key responsibilities are:
Responsible for end to end project management including stakeholder management, planning, execution, risk assessment and closure of projects.
Effectively prioritize information and activities based on urgency and importance.
Gathering the project requirement, assessment/simulation setup and delivery, reporting setup and delivery including designing scoring and generating results for medium to high complexity projects.
Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals, dashboarding.
Ongoing data management activities including Data Extraction, Data Mining, Data Visualization knowledge.
Conducting analysis of scores for generating industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
Strong and effective communication skills (structured and clear).
Good Team player and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Identify innovative ways to improves current ways of execution.
Participate in end to end stakeholder groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and processes (post technology transition) and actively contribute in transition related tasks and assignments.
Identify and manage Operations risks to ensure a successful transition of projects across markets to new platform.
Role Overview:
Operates independently with Strong domain knowledge (understanding of Primary/Secondary Research , survey methodology and client products).
Prior experience of Quality assurance/audits/Project Management/Operations experience.
Responsible for stakeholder management (including project communication, documentation, query resolution, risk documentation etc.)
Adherence to strict timelines and assure quality of the deliverables.
Awareness around Primary/Secondary Market research trends.
Problem solving/Logical reasoning skills and time management skills.
Responsible for coaching and mentoring Interns/Jr. analysts and Analysts in the team and contributes to training and capability development (Classroom trainings, training material development etc.)
Responsible for Direct end client/Stakeholder communication.
Support consulting assignments (including interfacing with external clients).
Critical to Research & Development capability – insights, marketing collaterals etc.
Able to adapt in an VUCA environment e.g., ‘Technology Transition’
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office:
Advanced Excel skills (including Excel Functions & VBA knowledge): Logical, financial, math, statistical, information and date and time functions. Multiple Lookups, Pivot Table/Pivot Chart Report and creating charts.
MS PowerPoint: Slide master, Inserting graphs and diagrams, Add sound effects, animation and Exporting to Microsoft Word.
MS Word: Should be able to format a table, add cover page, adjust margins, convert text to table and back.
Advance Knowledge of Statistic functions like limitation and implication of correlation, regression, Knowledge about auto-correlation and Fore-casting.
Strong analytical bent of mind and exposure to statistical tool, analytics tools, reporting tool preferably MS Power Apps/Tableau / PowerBI.
Basic knowledge of HTML and Java script.
Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language. Should be able to coherently and confidently communicate thoughts and ideas verbally, non-verbally and in writing.
Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborative approach with fellow colleagues, self-motivator.
Should be open to change.
Prefer advanced knowledge of analysis tools like R and Python.
