The Trade Compliance Analyst position for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics plays a critical role to ensure the company’s imports and exports are conducted in accordance with the rules and regulatory requirements of Customs authorities and other applicable governmental agencies.

This position is part of the Global Logistics & Distribution organization and is based on-site at our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to direct, assist with, and participate in, the following activities in support of our Trade Compliance Program:

  • Developing and implementing import/export processes, management of customs brokers, and ongoing daily management in coordination with the global trade compliance operations team.
  • Conducting post entry and Danaher Self-Testing audit transactional reviews as well as assisting in a government audits, as required, in partnership with the Global Trade Compliance Team.
  • Participate in Global Trade Compliance forums, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor trade data classification, country of origin, and partner government agency data at a country level to ensure compliant and expeditious customs release.
  • Assisting with development, maintenance, and execution of customs valuation declaration process with KSA Customs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of direct experience in import and export operations related roles in KSA with strong working knowledge and interpretation of International and regulations.
  • Experience in dealing with custom brokers and familiarity with SABER system.
  • Fluent in English along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of global supply chain and logistics processes.
