The Technical Support Engineer provides global technical support for automated chemistry analyzers and related systems. This role is responsible for creating service documentation, delivering technical training, and supporting field service engineers. The position also plays a critical role in ensuring service readiness for new product launches by collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing. The role requires strong technical expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering, along with the ability to communicate effectively with domestic and overseas stakeholders in English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for automated chemistry analyzers by responding to complex or escalated customer inquiries, understanding their technical issues, assessing their needs, and offering troubleshooting guidance to field service engineers as well as recommending alternative products or services when appropriate.
  • Create and update service documentation such as service manuals and technical bulletins.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from field service engineers and provide necessary technical information.
  • Plan and deliver technical training sessions for key product specialists in each region.
  • Participate in new product development projects, conducting serviceability assessments and preparing service readiness (technical documents, training materials, etc.) for product launch.
  • Collaborate closely with global and domestic cross‑functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing.
  • Support continuous improvement activities related to product quality, reliability, and service operations.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years-experience in technical support engineering or development/engineering for electromechanical products such as medical device, industrial equipment.
  • Ability to communicate with overseas stakeholders in English across all four skills—reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years business experience

Preferred

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, SGML, or related markup/document technologies.
  • Experience using CRS applications such as ServiceMax, Oracle, or similar field service management systems.
  • Experience in industries such as in‑vitro diagnostics or medical devices.
  • Experience using 3D‑CAD tools.

仕事の内容:
