What Will You Do? 

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: 

  • Collect all the data necessary to process regular and special payroll payments (Christmas bonus, profit sharing, etc.)
  •  Calculation of Social Security (IMSS) and Housing Fund (INFONAVIT) contributions
  • Calculation of State and Federal Tax Withholdings
  • Employee settlement processing. (severance pay)
  • Preparation of monthly payments to Federal Credit (INFONACOT)
  • Coordinate electronic accounting reports of individual employee payroll payments
  • Posting and posting policies in SAP

What Do You Need? 

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with a minimum two (2) years related experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate.
  • Proficient written communication skills to effectively communicate.
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, remaining focused on the ultimate objective.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction and development of relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including strong keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with order related systems; TRESS, SUA, SOPARE and SAP.
  • Bilingual.
