Job Summary:
The Master Data Analyst II will be responsible to ensuring the seamless, real-time transfer and harmonization of financial and controlling (FI/CO) data from various source systems into an SAP Central Finance system. This position will report to the Manager, GCC Data Assurance. The role involves monitoring data flow, resolving errors to ensure data accuracy and consistency for central reporting and processes. It also involves ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and governance of critical business data like Profit center, Cost center, G/L account, Customer, and Vendor information.
Responsibilities • Manage ongoing real-time replication of new transactions (FI documents, CO postings, cost objects, etc. • Utilize the SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) to monitor replication processes, identify data inconsistencies, troubleshoot errors, and manage exceptions. • Ensure accurate key mapping (e.g., G/L account, Cost center, Vendor) and business mapping between source systems and the Central Finance system, collaborating with master data and finance teams. • Acting as a primary point of contact for functional issues related to data replication, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, etc.) to resolve replication errors. • Creating and maintaining documentation/Standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Create and update master data such as Profit center, Cost center, G/L account in SAP/MDG systems. • Work with various teams to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and ensure data alignment. • Strong experience with SAP, particularly with master data modules. Experience with SAP MDG is highly desirable. • Strong ability to analyse data, identify dependencies, and solve data-related problems. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any stream. • At least 2-4 years of experience in SAP MDM and/or SAP CFIN. • Strong knowledge of SAP. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause issues. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employ
