In short, the Analyst, Marketing Analytics, we are looking for folks that have expertise measuring, interpreting, communicating, and designing experiments to determine marketing strategy efficacy. The Analyst will play a crucial role in driving insights and performance improvements across our website and email channels. The person will be responsible for executing core programs such as website experiment monitoring. The Analyst, Marketing Analytics, will be responsible for analytics on our marketing partnerships, maintaining the health of those relationships and increasing greater return on investment.

Relying on their expertise and proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, and data visualization software, the Analyst, Marketing Analytics will work collaboratively with marketing strategists, business intelligence, project managers, and senior leadership to provide visibility to campaign results and provide strategic thought and inquiry to help improve future ad spend.


In long, the Analyst, Marketing Analytics is responsible for:

  • Delivers visibility and insight into marketing activities and investments
  • Measures return on partnership spend, incrementality, and communicates performance with stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Take ownership of website A/B test measurement and reporting, conducting in-depth analyses to provide insights that drive key business decisions and improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business goals into data-driven solutions that optimize website and email performance.

  • Analytical and Data-Driven: You have excellent problem-solving skills and can analyze data to uncover insights and drive actionable outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management
  • Operate autonomously: This isn’t a “hold your hand” kind of role. We give you autonomy to be creative in your space and do your thing. We need an individual that is self-motivated to get the work done and get the work done well.
  • Agile: Our vertical changes and develops quickly. Thriving in a fast paced environment and being able to pivot priorities efficiently is a must.

The Specifics:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a highly analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Well versed in A/B testing and experimental design
