We are seeking a talented individual to join our Actuarial Analytics Automation team. This role will be based in Shanghai / Beijing / Hong Kong / Taipei.

This role will be supporting APAC analytics by building and deploying internal automation tools and lightweight data solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and speed delivery. The intern will work with analytics leads, be mentored by a senior analyst/engineer, and hand over production ready artifacts.

This will be a 1-year internship program and we expect you will graduate after Dec 2026.

We will count on you to:

  • Identify and prioritize high impact manual processes for automation across APAC.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions (Python/SQL scripts, ETL jobs, dashboards, or small web tools).
  • Document code, runbooks, and perform knowledge transfer to permanent staff.
  • Monitor adoption and performance; iterate based on stakeholder feedback.

What you need to have:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with pandas or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic testing practices.
  • Clear communicator and comfortable working in a cross functional team.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Graduate after Dec 2026 and can commit to this 1-year internship program.
