The Analyst Import Export supports the execution of operational, documentary, and administrative processes related to import and export activities, ensuring compliance with the IMMEX program and customs regulations in Mexico and the United States. This role contributes to accurate foreign trade inventory control (Annex 24 and 30) and successful operation completion.
About the Role:Supports the preparation and review of customs documentation (invoices, import/export declarations, certificates of origin, shipping lists, and reports) under the IMMEX program, complying with both Mexican and U.S. Customs regulations.
Coordinates with customs brokers (MX and USA), transport companies, forwarders, and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation for shipments.
Supports validation and reconciliation of customs documentation against Annex 24 system records, including database updates and maintenance per Annex 24 and 30 requirements.
Monitors compliance with foreign trade regulations (treaties, RRNA, Rule 8th, etc.).
Gathers, reviews, and archives documentation (physically and electronically) required for IMMEX operations and U.S. Customs compliance.
Participates in internal audits related to IMMEX (report generation, document delivery, responding to questionnaires, etc.).

Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related fields
1+ years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in English.
Knowledge of import/export processes
Proficiency in SAT and VUCEM platforms
Experience with Annex 24 systems
Intermediate Excel skills
