Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, producing basic reports and contributing to data insights.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components.
• Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues.

• Proficiencies in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools.
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.

Strong Excel skills are essential, as the role involves handling large amounts of data, requiring someone who is detail-oriented and has sharp critical thinking abilities.

Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus.
