As an Analyst I, Digital Marketing, you will be at the center of our efforts to grow our user base through all of our Digital channels. You will partner with teams across the organization, from Engineering and Data Science to Creative Operations and Marketing, to help us efficiently reach new customers and grow our base of DraftKings customers.
What you'll do as an Analyst I, Digital Marketing

  • Support Marketing strategy through analysis and testing of Digital campaigns and Marketing creative assets.
  • Identify opportunity areas for new Digital Marketing campaigns and improved Marketing efficiencies through campaign and customer value analysis.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and alerts to monitor performance of the Digital Marketing team's key success metrics.
  • Proactively generate new ideas, build business cases, and measure results to help DraftKings Marketing Analytics stay best-in-class.
  • Partner with Engineering and Marketing teams to identify and utilize the data needed to maximize Digital Marketing performance.


What you'll bring

  • At least 6 months of Marketing Analytics or Data Analytics experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, or an eagerness to learn quickly. Knowledge of R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus.
  • Experience with Tableau, or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a strong desire to produce high-quality work.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 62,400.00 USD - 78,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
