Job Description
The key purpose of this job includes collaborating with business users to support process automations, support and build end-user dashboards to facilitate key leadership strategies along with compliance to that strategy, create reporting and associate.
Essential Functions
- Support new process automations, dashboards and reporting capabilities and functionalities while enhancing and refining existing ones.
- Explore, test, and evaluate optimization techniques, emerging technologies, and advanced features of existing technologies to accelerate deliverables.
- Document and advocate optimization techniques, sharing knowledge across team for improved efficiency.
- Learn Process Query Language (PQL) for crafting analytical formulas, querying data, and building analyses within Celonis.
- Translate team’s strategic priorities into impactful use cases, building demos and business cases based on team’s needs and priorities.
- Conduct value analysis for deliverables, build associated KPI reporting and communicate savings along with value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to department leadership.
- Support team meetings with stakeholders to identify process enhancement opportunities using Celonis, supporting department-wide change initiatives.
- Present achieved results and realized value to senior and executive management.
- Provide support to strategic expansion roadmaps for team while embedding Celonis EMS as a transformative platform in the Credit/AR organization.
- Collaborate in team meetings, supporting design of creative analyses, execution apps, and incorporating automation to enhance process transparency and increase efficiencies.
- Document and track automation development in JIRA. Provide ongoing support for automations and dashboards in production being utilized by team.
- Support vendor relationship as needed to ensure Pilot is capturing value and fully utilizing software capabilities while also evaluating enhancements.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related business field preferred
- Minimum two years’ work experience required
- Understanding of process mining and automation techniques with some minimal SQL skill.
Specialized Knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, Jira, beginner SQL, skills preferred.
- Ability to assess dependencies in complex systems, support prototyping and effectively communicate concepts to business stakeholders.
- Interest in learning new technologies and programming languages like SQL, Python, PQL, etc. Familiarity with data mining and process mining.
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong systems orientation with the ability to quickly develop deep knowledge and understanding of key credit and accounts receivable department systems
