Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Business Consultant to join DXC AdvisoryX.

In this role, you will support strategic transformation programs and project governance initiatives for leading Automotive clients. You will work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders, contributing to the successful planning, coordination and monitoring of complex business and technology initiatives.

This position is ideal for motivated graduates interested in consulting, project management and business transformation, with a strong curiosity for the Automotive industry and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of strategic sustainability programs and transformation initiatives within the Automotive and Manufacturing sector.
  • Contribute to project governance activities, including status reports, client dashboards and presentations, supporting sustainability and business transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring alignment with sustainability objectives, business priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze project data and KPIs to support decision-making, performance tracking and sustainability reporting activities.
  • Support the definition of sustainability transformation roadmaps, target operating models and organizational change initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, strategic analyses, project documentation and client deliverables related to sustainability and transformation programs.

Education and Skills

  • Degree in Innovation and Technology Management, Economics and technologies for sustainability, Environmental Change and Global Sustainability or related fields.
  • Nice to have: interest or a short experience in the Automotive industry or sustainability fields.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with different stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: academic or project experience related to PMO activities, project management and business analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficient Italian and English, both written and spoken.

The position offers a gross annual base salary of €29,000.
Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
