Job SummaryChurch & Dwight is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst, to join our team. The Commercial Operations Analyst (SPD) is responsible for supporting the Specialty Products Division through data-driven analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and customer service operations.
About the RoleThis role will provide visibility into key operational metrics (OTIF, backlog, service performance), support SAP S/4 stabilization efforts, and help identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. The Analyst will serve as SPD’s Business Reporting Steward for Operations, acting as a key liaison between business teams and the Data & Analytics (DAO) organization to enhance reporting, training, and data accuracy.
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in- person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
- Analyze and monitor key performance metrics including OTIF, backlog, and service levels
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate insights to leadership
- Support development of reporting and executive-level summaries for business reviews
- Serve as SPD’s Business Reporting Steward for Operations This entails ensuring reporting accuracy, data integrity, end-user training, and point of contact for Power BI reporting questions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial Operations
- Support SAP S/4 stabilization efforts and continuous system improvements
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows using available tools and emerging AI capabilities
- Support planning coordination for external manufacturing and suppliers
- Cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Commercial Teams, Plant Operations and IT.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Exposure to SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
- Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization
- Exposure to automation or AI tools is a plus
- The ability to be well organized and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic to intermediate analytical skills required
- BS/BA degree required
- 0-2 years of Customer Logistics or Supply Chain
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $59,400- $84,500. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
