In this role, you will provide analytical and technical support to the Human Resources department while ensuring the effective operation of our HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of HRIS experience, demonstrate a high level of integrity, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders across the organization. 
Primary Job Duties: - Includes but is not limited to:

  • Oversee and maintain the optimal functionality of the HRIS, including system installation, configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR partners to identify system improvements and enhancement opportunities; recommend and implement effective solutions.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS-related projects and implementations.

  • Perform data queries, audits, and statistical analyses to support HR reporting and decision-making.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the organization’s HRIS, providing guidance and support to users as needed.

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to meet business needs.

  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of HRIS data and system records.

  • Use a personal device/cellular phone for job-related operational tasks, job duties, and review of company documents, as required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Strong ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations and solutions.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels and across diverse cultures.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a working knowledge of company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent

Preferred: 

  • Minimum of two (2) years of HRIS or related experience.

  • Prior experience working with Workday.

  • Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

  • Nevada Gaming Registration
