Overview
The HRIS Analyst ensures accurate HRIS transactions and data integrity for North America, supporting HR processes, audits, and system maintenance. In addition to core administrative duties, this role assists with commission processing, analyzes people and compensation data, and prepares reports for HR and Total Rewards stakeholders.
The position requires strong attention to detail, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
· Participate in the day-to-day HR Admin team responsibilities and deliverables such as system/data maintenance, interface processing, and troubleshooting.
· Partner with HR and IT to follow HRIS best practices, coordinate and facilitate data and process requirements, ensure they are correctly represented in our HR systems, support other HR systems related initiatives that relate to new or improved business processes.
· Maintain data standards, policies and procedures for HR data/use/reporting.
· Process employee data changes and corrections including mass updates and org changes.
· Respond to questions and issues received from the business, including login issues, and data set up items, ensuring that they are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
· Provide support for annual recurring global processes such as the Individual Compensation Review (ICR), Performance Management Process (PMP), and Open Enrollment.
· Provide support for data in audits in partnership with Employee Services and Global HRIS.
· Support system aspects of workflow for employee lifecycle changes such as new hires, transfers, promotions, change in working hours, compensation adjustments, etc.
· Document standard operation procedures (SOPs) for HR transactions, audits, and data checks. HR/Compensation Analytics
· Analyze HR and compensation-related data to identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues (e.g., headcount changes, compensation movements, commission variances, etc.)
· Support preparation of recurring and ad hoc people data reports for HR, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders.
· Perform data validation and reconciliation between HRIS, commission systems, and downstream reporting tools.
· Support Commissions & Incentives administration through data preparation, validation, and issue 100% resolution. · Assist with commission processing audits by reviewing inputs, outputs, and exception reports.
· Investigate discrepancies in commission-related data and partner with HRIS, IT, and Total Rewards to resolve issues.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years of work experience
· Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to deliver information in a concise manner
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also enjoy working as part of a team
· Proactive and innovative individual who demonstrates good judgment
· A client-centric attitude and ability to think differently to evolve status quo
· High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Good working knowledge of HR, its principles, processes and policies
· Experience with HR Systems
· Experience working with PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, etc
The hiring range for this position ranges from $90,000-$100,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
