Why This Role MattersAs an Analyst HR Reporting & Data Quality, you will play a key role in supporting the Global People Analytics team by ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of HR reporting and analytics processes.
Your work will directly contribute to data quality, reporting governance, and user support across the organization, helping HR teams and managers make informed decisions based on trusted data. By combining operational excellence with a customer-focused mindset, you will help strengthen reporting consistency, improve self-service capabilities, and enhance the overall employee data experience.
What You'll DoProvide first-level support for Workday reporting inquiries, resolving user issues through HR Reporting & Analytics Help Cases and escalating complex requests when needed.
Maintain and enhance reporting knowledge resources, including FAQs, user guides, and self-service materials to improve the reporting experience for HR teams and people managers.
Perform regular global data audits to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data used in reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics.
Identify data discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders, and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives that support reliable, data-driven workforce decisions.
Manage report scheduling activities, maintain documentation, and support annual validations to ensure compliance with reporting governance standards and reporting excellence.
Assist with report testing and access validations, helping strengthen self-service capabilities and ensuring users have appropriate visibility to reporting data.
Partner with Global HR Services and cross-functional stakeholders across regions, gaining exposure to enterprise-wide HR processes while contributing to impactful global People Analytics and reporting initiatives.
2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, reporting operations, data validation, data auditing, or a related analytical field.
Experience supporting users through ticketing systems, help cases, or service-based support environments.
Knowledge of HR data structures, reporting concepts, data quality principles, and reporting governance practices.
Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools; Workday HCM and Workday Reporting experience is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and ensure reporting accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience), combined with an interest in building a career within HR Operations, People Analytics, and Shared Services in a collaborative hybrid environment that values innovation, accountability, continuous learning, and professional growth.
