Job Summary
The Analyst, GPT Analytics will support the roll out of Chat GPT Enterprise across the Investment Management division, onboarding users to ensure all team members can effectively utilize the new tool. They will have a strong knowledge of prompt engineering and AI tools as well as be able to work with multiple stakeholders to support the roll out to users.
* Note: this is a 4-month contract position
What you will do:
Collaborate with investment teams to understand their workflow and identify opportunities for AI tool integration.
Assist in the implementation and customization of GPT-based tools to meet the specific needs of investors.
Provide training and support to team members on effectively using AI tools, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient in their application.
Monitor the performance and impact of AI tools on investment processes, gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and recommend new tools or features that could benefit the team.
Develop documentation and best practice guidelines for the use of AI tools within the investment workflow and how to share them across teams through prompt libraries.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to AI tool usage.
What you bring:
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or related field
Experience in data analysis; experience in the pension industry is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and fellow team members
“Can do” attitude with an aptitude to be part of the solution
Demonstrated solid analysis and troubleshooting skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic that has the ability to work in a cross functional team-based environment
Ability and willingness to teach skills and share experiences with other team members
Ability and desire to learn different skills outside of their domain of expertise
Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
