Quality MD management
· Assist the proposed GLIMS tool implementation in data transfer and validation by working closely with Master data Team and respective sites, Quality Leaders etc,
· Support LIMS projects, including cleaning up of existing Quality Master Data, and customize data to meet Labvantage requirements.
· Customize Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GLIMS.
Global LIMS admin
· Ensure regular check of quality out of control alarms (SQC/SPC)
· Verify, prioritize data and send to product quality engineers for necessary traction and decision making.
· Provide necessary end-user support of GLIMS, when needed.
Others
· Deliver periodic reporting for various user groups, as requested
· Work closely in handling and resolving queries from business in a timely manner
· Creating and maintaining system documentation, installation scripts, end-user help document and meeting minutes as required.
· Assist in providing training to end-users for GLIMS system.
· Participating team meetings, knowledge transfers and project stage gates meetings as required.
Qualifications:The following are required for the role

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
· Min 2-5 years of experience in an industrial / technology finance setting, preferably managing data analysis, reporting and automation
· SAP, MS Office specifically Excel, Power-BI, Tableau etc. will be plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Good communication skills – ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix environment
· Ability to meet work and project deadlines producing quality output
· Good prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables
