Job Description:

• Setting up and maintaining delivery based projects in InfoLN environment.
• Work with program managers, contract administrators and manufacturing managers to perform monthly revenue recognition based on client deliveries.
• Monthly reconciliation of COGS at project level and General Ledger accounts.
• Assist in creation and submittal of invoices for U. S. Government and prime contracts.
• Work with AX system to monitor standard costing for manufacturing efforts.
• Oversee the standard costing information in the manufacturing environment to ensure proper costing is in place. 
• Generate Trial Balance and P&L7 information monthly for management review.
• Assist with responses to DCMA, DCAA and first tier contractor audits for proposals and completed projects.
• Other duties and assignments as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• This position requires 2 to 4 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Accounting and/or finance background in a job costing/project accounting environment.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting.
• Knowledge of government accounting.
• Knowledge of standard cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of delivery based revenue calculation in an engineering and standard costing manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a dynamic environment with multiple assignments and minimal supervision.
