Job Responsibilities:
Job Introduction
This position is responsible for supporting and administering various financial activities in the global environment.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
  • Review Terms & Conditions
  • Key user for eProcurement - contact person and coordinator
  • Support Order Management [monitor quotes and purchase orders for projects]
  • Create projects for customers [divisions, internal]
  • Create, update and release quotes to customers
  • Support internal customers and provide training for purchase requisitions and orders
  • Support internal colleagues and provide training for sales quotations
  • Support with other assigned financial administration duties and special projects as required
  • Monthly Reports (Invoices without PO)

Knowledge and Education
  • Completed commercial training, e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk or comparable qualification
  • Good MS-Office knowledge as well as SAP knowledge
  • Good written and spoken English skills are important for international cooperation
  • Solution-oriented and accurate way of working and team player
  • Strong communication skills, a confident manner and assertiveness round off the profile

Work experience
  • Several years of professional experience in business administration
