Job Summary:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Global Expense Reports, Altus Group is currently seeking a candidate in the position of Analyst, Expense Report. The Analyst will be responsible to review and approve global employee expense reports, verify costs against receipts, and ensure company expense policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review global expense reports: Ensure expenses reports filed are in compliance with Altus’ expense policy and coded to the correct expense type.

• Escalate non-compliance: Coordinate and escalate any non-compliance to the Assistant Manager – Global Expense Reports.

• Month end accrual: Prepare an accrual based on the open and unapproved expense reports in process.

• Variance analysis: Perform adhoc variance analysis and analytics to understand employee spend.

Key Qualifications:

• Post secondary degree

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

• Ability to adapt to new situations as they arise

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills
