- Skills required:
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency and MS PowerPoint, Power Query and Power BI will be an added advantage
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate to senior leaders.
- Attention to details, review, and accuracy of deliverables.
- Responsibilities:
- Project Management Support : Provide Operational support to business team relating to tasks such as data processing and other administration tasks. Acts promptly to address project management requirements raised by business team.
- Handling various management reports. Ensuring smooth monthly/quarterly/Annual closing and management reporting.
- Perform various people related analysis e.g. Headcount, Utilization, Time Sheet compliance etc.
- Independently perform/prepare ad-hoc tasks/reports.
- Support team leads in various special projects undertaken time to time.
- The Candidate:
- Commerce professional with expertise in accounting principles, effective communication, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
