Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Analyst, ERP Applications located in Manchester, CT.

Reporting to the Sr IT Manager, the Analyst, ERP Applications will in charge of providing technical administrative and implementations hold up for one or more applications. Ensuring ITIL practices are followed diligently at all times. Always align the IT services provided with the needs of the Business. While the primary focus is on the stability of the systems, architecting, design, installation and setup of the application/s are other core controls for this role.

What a typical day looks like:

• Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
• Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals.
• Communicate with users to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficiencies.
• Propose system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
• Interpret functional specification and convert it into a technical specification.
• Write clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Support Project Management during planning and execution, relevant to project scale.
• Work with requestors to advise on how to configure the system to implement solutions.
• Prepare Standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems.
• Adherence to Service level acceptance accord with the Business. Ensure minimum ‘MTTR (Mean time to Repair)’ while fixing problems.
• Follow-up with proper root cause investigation, corrective & preventive actions.
• Testing of customizations/new developments as per user requirement and prepare/execute protocols based on Medical Verification and Validation process..

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 6+ years of experience in implementing and providing ongoing support for Baan V ERP systems/ /Infor LN, ensuring optimal functionality and performance for various business processes.
• Bachelors degree in computer, engieneering systems or any related field.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance using Oracle SQL, with a strong ability to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data effectively.
• Skilled in visualizing and documenting business processes through process mapping techniques, which aids in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment between processes and organizational goals.
• Experienced in executing thorough verification and validation processes for software applications.
