JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX News is looking for a highly motivated and organized team player to join our Digital team as Yield Analyst. You will own the forecasting, pricing, reporting and yield decisions behind flawless campaign planning across FOX News Media and the FOX Audio Network, partnering daily with Client Services, Sales Marketing, and Ad Operations.

A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory/Yield Reporting & Forecasting

  • Analyze and interpret forward-looking sell-out reports to forecast inventory availability and proactively identify potential delivery bottlenecks
  • Measure and analyze the impact of new app version releases on available inventory

Ad Performance & Engagement Analysis

  • Measure and analyze contextual trends across digital products
  • Analyze key yield and engagement metrics (CPMs, viewability, completion rates, traffic patterns) to uncover trends, optimize ad placement efficiency, and maximize revenue potential

Campaign Planning & Delivery Support

  • Build proactive plans and products in conjunction with Product, Sales Marketing, Sales, and Ad Operations for assigned account executives
  • Proactively monitor media delivery and recommend campaign optimizations as needed to ensure contractual guarantees are fulfilled
  • Audit and approve campaign orders in Operative to ensure alignment with inventory availability, target pricing tiers, and yield guidelines

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Media
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (e.g., Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Economics, or relevant equivalent experience)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) and experience with data visualization tools  (Tableau, STAQ, or similar BI tools)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of translating raw digital ad metrics into actionable business insights and yield strategies
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment, with a results-oriented approach
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, and Spotify preferred

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-70,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
