The detail-oriented and proactive Digital Content Analyst will be responsible for onboarding product content to the site’s Product Detail Pages (PDPs), addressing content-related issues, coordinating with buyers and purchasing coordinators for vendor enrichment, and supporting enhanced content initiatives to improve customer experience on site. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Onboarding Product Content: Efficiently upload and manage product content on the site’s PDPs, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Content Issue Support: Monitor and address any content-related issues on the PDPs promptly, working closely with operational and technical teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Coordination with Cross Functional teams: Collaborate with buyers and purchasing coordinators to gather and enrich product information from vendors, ensuring data consistency and quality.
- Visual Content Collation: Work alongside the purchasing team to collect high-quality visual content (images, videos, etc.) from vendors to enhance the product presentation on PDPs.
- Enhanced Content Initiatives: Support ongoing projects aimed at improving the overall user experience on the site by implementing enriched product content strategies.
- Reporting Team Progress: Prepare and present reports on team progress as needed, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in an eCommerce environment, preferably in a product content-related role.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles as they relate to product content.
- An eye for good customer-facing content.
- Experience with data analysis tools and metrics tracking.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Copywriting/proofreading skill is a plus.
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $55,000.00 and $65,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
