Technology skills, Competencies and Experience:• Sitecore Content Management Experience or similar enterprise CMS platform • Content Upload to Website• On page SEO optimization skills with implementation & testing of structured data• Experience of 1 - 3 years in web content publishing• Understanding of Web content management platforms
Role and Responsibilities:• Assist with multi-branded marketing relationships and their specific brand initiatives • Assist the internal teams to create landing pages and help publish content on the website• Assist with Technical review / Quality Assurance of published pages online• Assist with web core vitals optimization for the website• Collaborate with members of the digital and web teams and make relevant changes to the websites (Including the Meta description & Keywords)• Good knowledge on Web content management - Sitecore a plus• Help maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve• Evaluate tactics to support the plan, leverage the firm-wide tools that have been developed and work with the team to implement the plan. During implementation, identify potential barriers to the success of the marketing solution and resolve problems as they arise to ensure overall objectives are met.• Ability to monitor the website for SEO optimizationNice to have:• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, digital attribution, and campaign management a plus• Good Knowledge of HTML & CSS & JavaScript• Experience with content creation platforms, such as Ceros• Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)• Tag Management
