Role Summary:

The Digital Analytics Analyst will play a key role in optimizing web and mobile app analytics through expert implementation of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Adobe Launch, AEP, and third-party tagging. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce website components and mobile app tracking to ensure accurate data collection and insightful analysis. The candidate will collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to solve operational challenges, identify discrepancies, and drive actionable solutions. A strong, self-directed approach is essential, along with the ability to lead teams, implement best practices, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. The ability to think strategically about business challenges and proactively propose innovative solutions will be critical to success in this role.

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Digital analytics implementation with Adobe Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, JavaScript and Adobe Analytics Tag implementation
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and web analytics tracking.
• Experience in Mobile App Tracking and Debugging Tools
• Experience in QA processes, debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Developer Console, Tag Debuggers).
• Preferred: Experience in DOM Manipulation, AEP & 3rd party tagging
• Preferred: Experience with server-side tagging and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Preferred: Exposure to A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization strategies.
• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Role Description:

• Analyze and improve tracking solutions for both web and mobile apps.
• Work with third-party tags and ensure correct data collection across marketing and analytics platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot JavaScript code to resolve tagging and data layer issues.
• Perform QA (Quality Assurance) on analytics implementations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Read, write, and optimize JavaScript code for advanced tagging and custom implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure business requirements are met.
• Build dashboards and reports in Adobe Analytics to provide insights on business performance.
• Assist non-technical stakeholders in understanding data insights and tracking implementation.
• Ensure tagging solutions align with privacy regulations and industry best practices.
