The Personal Services Business Intelligence Department handles data and analytics needs for the Personal Services Executive Division. The department designs and develops data management tools and analyzes end-to-end performance data to support decision-making. As a SAS data analyst, you extract, describe and analyze the data needed to make informed business decisions. You assist clients on analytics development initiatives that involve using data tailored to business needs. You work on complex business projects and initiatives using data from the databases. You use your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of your line of business. More specifically, you will be required to :
Build and develop complex data flows using database management systems and make recommendations to support decision-making.
Identify opportunities to improve methods and processes, and recommend improvements to data management tools.
Use data in your initiatives.
Conduct research and descriptive and diagnostic analysis to ensure optimal data use. Make recommendations in line with business issues and needs.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, information technology or a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including developing prompts and performance reports
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Programming experience in SAS and SQL
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of personal banking
Knowledge of data warehouses
