The HR Analytics Department is a team of experts that uses HR and analytics data to provide tailored solutions and strategic advice to managers, executives and HR experts. The team is also responsible for responding to operational requests while empowering users. The team’s main responsibilities are to respond to operational requests, develop analytical solutions for the Human Resources Executive Division and create value using HR data. As a Workday reporting analyst, you collect and valorize data that comes through different channels. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. More specifically, you will be required to:

Develop and maintain Workday reports to meet business needs

Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and provide tailored solutions

Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports

Help continually improve reporting processes

What you bring to the table
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field
-
A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including at least two years in Workday report creation
-
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

Experience in a role that requires attention to detail

Knowledge of French is required
-
Proficiency in Excel
-
Proficiency in communication and problem solving techniques

General knowledge of the Workday payroll module
-
Knowledge of the basics of an HR management system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
