Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Contribute to end‑to‑end AI/ML and Generative AI projects, helping translate business needs into technical solutions and participating in model design, development, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and analytics—to deliver AI‑driven insights and solutions.
- Participate in designing modelling approaches, selecting algorithms, defining evaluation metrics, and preparing datasets for training and validation.
- Support full‑stack data science workflows, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implement and maintain AI pipelines using tools and frameworks aligned with LLMOps, AgenticAIOps, and DevOps best practices under guidance from more senior team members.
- Assist in building GenAI and agentic AI components such as prompt pipelines, retrieval‑augmented systems, workflow automation, or agent orchestration.
- Conduct thorough reviews and QA for data quality, model performance, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Keep documentation, model artefacts, and project materials current and aligned to modelling and operational standards.
- Contribute to knowledge‑sharing, experimentation, and adoption of new AI/ML methods within the team.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsWhat you will need:
- 5 years of relevant data science experience.
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning and/or Generative AI models.
- Proficiency in key modelling techniques such as regression, decision trees, ensemble methods, neural networks, and related ML algorithms.
- Experience with Python, SQL, and cloud technologies for developing and scaling AI solutions.
- Competency in software languages such as React for integrating AI solutions into applications or visual interfaces.
- Understanding of data mining, predictive modelling, classification, clustering, or other ML approaches.
- Exposure to or familiarity with modern operational practices such as DevOps, LLMOps, or AgenticAIOps.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to data/model quality.
- Demonstrated interest in learning emerging AI technologies and best practices.
- Previous exposure to financial services or credit card analytics is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and applying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience in geospatial data analysis.
- An innovative and unyielding eager to learn the latest DS/AI techniques
