Job Description:
The Analyst supports customer analytics initiatives by transforming customer, transaction, and marketing data into actionable business insights. This role partners with analytics and client teams to understand customer behavior, audience performance, retention, loyalty, and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Query and analyze customer data using SQL and other data extraction tools.
- Perform data analysis using Python and visualization tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations.
- Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and data quality checks.
- Support customer segmentation, audience development, and campaign measurement.
- Assist with A/B test design, reporting, and interpretation.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
- Proficiency in SQL required.
- Experience with Python for data analysis strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights.

- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)
- Experience querying and manipulating large datasets
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

The hourly pay range for this position is $40-$50. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
