Why This Role Matters
As a Credit Analyst, you will play a vital role in protecting the company’s financial stability while supporting strong customer relationships and business growth. By managing customer credit risk, ensuring accurate and compliant reporting, and supporting efficient cash flow processes, you will help drive operational excellence across the credit lifecycle. Working closely with customer-facing and cross-functional teams, you will also contribute to resolving issues, supporting audits and financial controls, and delivering insights that enable effective business decisions and long-term success.
What You'll Do
Oversee customer credit risk management and ensure strong governance across the full credit lifecycle.
Maintain accurate customer master data, perform periodic credit limit reviews, and manage customer credit limits and collaterals in line with Credit Policy.
Validate and approve adjustment requests, oversee the generation of monthly statements, and ensure effective execution of the dunning strategy.
Calculate interest and penalties for overdue balances, manage netting requests, support factoring activities and other financing programs, and ensure the successful execution of customer programs and year-end discount schemes.
Prepare high-quality, timely, and compliant reporting to support internal controls and external stakeholders, including SOX reports, reconciliations, balance confirmations, and insurer-related reports such as NET sales and turnover.
Perform cash discount accrual calculations and postings, maintain financial data integrity across systems and processes, and deliver ad hoc analyses and reports that support operational and leadership decision-making.
Act as a trusted partner to customer-facing teams by providing reliable backup support, fostering a strong one-team culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes.
What We’re Looking For
University degree in a business-related field.
Fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, preferably in credit management or receivables.
Proficiency in SAP and strong command of Excel.
Ability to work confidently with large volumes of data and complex information sets.
Strong customer orientation combined with creativity and empathy in problem solving, with confidence in articulating perspectives and supporting them with clear, fact-based reasoning.
Structured, autonomous, and disciplined approach to managing responsibilities, supported by outstanding organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
