  • Validate and approve adjustment requests, oversee the generation of monthly statements, and ensure effective execution of the dunning strategy.

  • Calculate interest and penalties for overdue balances, manage netting requests, support factoring activities and other financing programs, and ensure the successful execution of customer programs and year-end discount schemes.

  • Prepare high-quality, timely, and compliant reporting to support internal controls and external stakeholders, including SOX reports, reconciliations, balance confirmations, and insurer-related reports such as NET sales and turnover.

  • Perform cash discount accrual calculations and postings, maintain financial data integrity across systems and processes, and deliver ad hoc analyses and reports that support operational and leadership decision-making.

  • Act as a trusted partner to customer-facing teams by providing reliable backup support, fostering a strong one-team culture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes.

  • Fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, preferably in credit management or receivables.

  • Proficiency in SAP and strong command of Excel.

  • Ability to work confidently with large volumes of data and complex information sets.

  • Strong customer orientation combined with creativity and empathy in problem solving, with confidence in articulating perspectives and supporting them with clear, fact-based reasoning.

  • Structured, autonomous, and disciplined approach to managing responsibilities, supported by outstanding organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don’t meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.
