Analyst, Creatory Operations

This is a fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. We will prioritize candidates who are based in Malaysia and do not require a work visa sponsorship.

Creatory is part of MoneyHero Group’s portfolio of personal finance brands, connecting all of the participants of MoneyHero Group’s ecosystem by promoting creators as the bridge to connect financial institutions with their potential customers.

Creatory offers a solution to creators in Asia, who can use the Creatory platform to connect to income earning opportunities and partner with the brands and products that best align with their values and personal brand, with end-to-end support throughout the whole process. The platform, which previously launched in 2019 under the name eKosConnect, has already been collaborating with over 350 creators, across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Philippines and has helped its creators collectively earn a total of over US$1.5 million.

In this role, you will support end-to-end Creatory’s marketing campaigns and reporting functions. You will be a strong collaborator in working with other teams and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Campaign, Project & Account Management:

• Able to create, maintain and execute affiliate plan based on various campaign initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different functions to ensure campaign details are up to date
• Maintain timely delivery updates of marketing campaigns to external stakeholders, designated for promotional and recurring campaigns
• Collaborate with the internal team and build the landing pages for different campaigns & channel partners
• Review & Optimize campaign execution procedures, user journeys and landing pages for channel partners & content creators 
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in building, implementing, tracking and improving acquisition campaigns
• Assist in affiliates recruitment and management 
• Support local team on business development initiatives, campaigns, and pitches
• Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them

Reporting and analytics: 

• Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns and data requests
• Manage the MIS/data reporting, metrics tracking and reporting for Ops function
• Facilitate coordination and production of monthly financial, and other reporting related deliverables
• Measure key results, including revenue, competitive and supply metrics
• Provide recommendations on how to improve operations process to partners and leadership team

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, understanding of conversion drivers in an online environment, and reporting and insights creation;
• Strong communication skills to communicate with different internal and external stakeholders, and in particular to present complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging;
• Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills alongside high attention to detail;
• Take a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges

• Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
