RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Corporate Legal Solutions practice, you will gain specific industry knowledge, improve analytical skills, objectivity and advanced methodologies needed to assist in executing solutions in both traditional and evolving legal and compliance business environments. We help clients rethink how they optimize operations and leverage legal technology to increase efficiency and demonstrate measurable value to management. As an Intern your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in gathering business requirements and preparing documentation of processes, required functionality, implementation approach, and testing scenarios
- Assist in analyzing functional requirements and business processes
- Assist in implementing processes and/or systems per client requirements
- Participate in interacting and communicating with clients as needed
- Assist in drafting specifications documentation for functional and technical resources
- Understanding and summarizing contract documents
- Sorting, organizing, and improving clients’ contract data
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree, certification or higher education in Business, Computer Engineering, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Law Studies
- Graduation date between December 2026 and September 2026
- Willingness and ability to pick up new skills quickly
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Extremely strong writing skills, including ability to summarize information quickly and effectively from multiple sources into concise analytical assessments
- Ability to prioritize several projects and assignments on multiple topics while meeting tight deadlines
- 0-2 years of experience implementing and configuring enterprise applications or experience in software development, preferably Java/JavaScript, C# or REST/JSON APIs
- 0-2 years of experience and understanding of Microsoft SQL, database architecture, best practices, and integration
- Understand Business process and objectives of your client
- Functional knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Project
- Understanding of the application lifecycle process including requirement analysis, design, testing and change management
- Must be detail-oriented and be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with Legal technology solutions and/or Law department operations experience is highly desired but not required.
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Fluency/proficiency in a foreign language (written and reading) is highly desired, especially in Spanish Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Greek, Hebrew, Dutch, Danish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Russian, Czech, Slovak and Polish
