As an analyst on the Philadelphia consumer insights team, you have the have the opportunity to directly impact the future of one of America's most loved brands. In this role you will execute and deliver consumer research that will drive brand strategy, influencing key decisions from consumer targeting and brand positioning to renovation and near-in innovation decisions (i.e., LTOs), to communication evaluation (and more).
As such, this role requires a person who can be:

- Innately Curious: Likes to understand human behavior, and lets their curiosity drive their work, not waiting to be told what to do, but rather leads with their curious mind
- An Owner : Independent leader with the ability to dig into the details and craft a robust learning plan against key objectives and intended use of results. Able to think-critically about what is the right thing to do (versus what others might suggest or has been done before) and politely challenging our partners, when necessary, to make sure that we are asking the right questions and driving actionable results.
Responsibilities within the team include:
- Partner with cross functional team members to create learning objectives and research plans.
- Execute analyses supporting the broader business objectives.
- Lead brand health and other longitudinal tracking studies.
- Conduct social listening pulses to share with the team.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in insights or analytics type role
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong sense of ownership and drive for results
- Confidence to adapt to and manage changing priorities
- Strong storytelling skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills (written, oral, and across Microsoft Office Suite)

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$77,800.00 - $97,300.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
