The Role
Job Description

As a Research Analyst, you will be part of NIQ’s Customer Success & CMI team, supporting the delivery of high‑quality analytics, insights, and client engagement across key consumer research solutions.

This role is ideal for early‑career professionals who are passionate about data, consumer behavior, and storytelling through insights, and who want to build a long‑term career in market research and analytics.

  • Support the delivery of consumer insights and analytics projects across NIQ CMI solutions, including:

- Brand Health Tracking
- Usage & Attitudes (U&A)
- Segmentation
- Customer Experience (CX)
- Shopper & Qualitative Research

  • Assist in producing accurate, high‑quality reports and analyses, ensuring consistency with NIQ standards
  • Prepare charts, dashboards, and presentation materials that translate data into clear and compelling stories
  • Support client training sessions and onboarding related to Guided Analytics and NIQ products
  • Collaborate closely with Account Development, Sales, and Global teams to identify client needs and potential opportunities
  • Build a strong understanding of client business objectives and how NIQ insights support strategic and tactical decision‑making    

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree / years of experience in:  
    - Market research
    - Consumer insights
    - Data analysis
    - Consulting, research, or analytical roles
  • Interest in consumer markets, analytics, and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Native‑level Korean and fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Confidence working with numbers and structured data
