Job Description Summary
The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of client deliverables, strategic assignments, coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Track the market in terms of new project launches, disposition model, inventory, primary absorption, pricing, sizing across residential asset classes.
- Maintain database of projects, developers, investors for the region.
- Tracking land deals, transaction details, auction details.
- Track commercial projects in terms of development parameters, tenants, floor wise stacking, ongoing rentals, capital values, occupier movement, CAM charges, latest transactions.
- Undertake basic analysis in Excel – conventional real estate segments and assist manager in creating market snippets.
About Candidate
- 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Exposure in data collation, periodic updating and data management across both conventional and nonconventional real estate segments.
- Should have basic knowledge on usage of MS office and power point – understanding of Power BI will be valued higher.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.) and Internet navigational skills.
